How can I pay?

At Coolblue, you pay online or in the store.

Online
Online, you can pay with:

  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna Rechnung
  • SOFORT payment with Klarna
  • Apple Pay
  • Coolblue gift cards
  • Or choose 'Pay in the store' if you want to pick up your order in one of our stores

In the store
In the store, you can pay with:

  • EC-karte
  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • cash
  • Coolblue gift cards

You can't pay your order in installments or at your door in case of delivery.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes, Coolblue works with Klarna, so you can pay your order afterwards. You can choose Klarna Rechnung in the payment step during checkout. After the shipment of your order, you have 30 days to pay via the Klarna app or Klarna website.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, this is possible for orders between € 99 and € 5000 via PayPal Ratenzahlung. Choose the payment method 'PayPal'. When you complete your order, you'll automatically go to the PayPal website. Log in with your PayPal information or create a new account. After logging in to PayPal, choose 'Paypal Ratenzahlung'. You can choose from 3, 6, 12, or 24 installments.

How can I pay with PayPal?

At the payment method step, choose 'PayPal'. Once you complete your order, you'll automatically be taken to the PayPal website. Log in with your PayPal information or create a new account while you pay. If you're logged in, choose to pay directly or pay in installments with PayPal Ratenzahlung.

How does the payment method 'bank transfer' work?

Choose the payment method 'bank transfer'. After you've placed your order, transfer the outstanding amount to IBAN DE38 5002 1000 0018 1339 00 in the name of Coolblue. Don't forget to put your order number in the description so we can find your payment.

Good to know:

  • We'll ship your order as soon as we've processed your payment. Choose a different payment method if you want to receive your order as soon as possible.
  • Your product will be reserved for 5 days. Make sure your payment reaches us at least before then. Otherwise, we'll have to cancel your order.
  • For orders where you choose a time slot, you can't pay via a manual bank transfer. Think of products such as white goods, large kitchen appliances, televisions, desks, and heavy fitness machines. That's because we can only determine the time slot when we've received the payment. When you place one of these products in your shopping cart, the 'bank transfer' option disappears from the payment step.

Does Coolblue have a secure payment environment?

Yes. When you start the payment, you'll go to a secure internet environment. This way, others can't see what you're doing. Your transaction information will be encrypted and sent via an SSL connection. You can recognize a safe SSL connection by the green lock icon in your browser.

Can I pay with cash?

You can pay cash in our stores. We don't accept cash payments at home or at the post office.

What is Coolblue's bank account number?

Did you choose to pay with a bank transfer? You can transfer the money to our bank account number: DE38500210000018133900 in name of Coolblue GmbH. Always add your name and order number to the payment.

Note did you order with Klarna Rechnung? Don't transfer the money to the back account number of Coolblue, but wait until you receive payment instructions by Klarna via email.
