What's included in the 5-year warranty?

Because we have so much faith in our products, all BlueBuilt products have an extra long 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Are BlueBuilt products of good quality?

All our products are tested by colleagues and independent companies. They're tested for safety, quality, and user-friendliness. For example, products are used long-term to evaluate them to the best of their ability. Aside from quality, we also think it's important that our products are created in factories where employees work in a safe and healthy working environment. No child or forced labor takes place in the factories, discrimination is countered, and workers have decent working hours and wages. We help factories improve their working environment where it's needed.

Are all accessories compatible with the main products?

All BlueBuilt products are tested extensively, so they always fit and work with the main product perfectly. This way, our laptop sleeves fit the size of your laptop exactly, and our Lightning cables are certified by the Apple MFi testing program.
