Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes. You can reserve a product online by selecting pickup at one of our stores.
- If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
- If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
- You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.
What extra services do you offer with delivery?
That differs per product. You can select the extra services on the page of the product you've chosen. You can also see the costs of the extra services there. Unfortunately, not all installation services are available if there's a large demand.
Washing machines and dryers
- We can place your washing machine, dryer, or washer dryer combination in the desired spot and connect it for you as well.
- If you have a washing machine and dryer, we can place them on top of each other using a stacking kit.
- For some products, we also change the door direction for you by default.
- We'll take your old product with us for free. We do ask you to disconnect and clean it in advance. If you ordered the extra connection service, we'll take the old product from the place it was installed in. If you didn't order this service, we'll take your old product with us if it's ready at the front door.
Dishwashers, fridges, and freezers
- We'll place your product in the desired spot in the house, level it, and connect it.
- We'll build in your product and we'll install the front panel.
- We'll take your old product with us for free if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you've selected build-in service, we'll also take out the old product for you. If you didn't select this service, we ask you to take out the appliance yourself and place it near the front door so we can take it with us.
Ovens and microwaves
- We'll place your product in the desired spot in the house, level it, and connect it.
- We'll build in your product at the desired spot and remove your old appliance.
- We'll take your old product with us for free if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you chose the build-in service, we'll also take out the old product for you. If you didn't, we ask you to place it next to the front door yourself so that we can take it with us.
I really need my package on time, what can I do?
Do you live close to one of our stores in Düsseldorf or Essen? If your product is in stock in the store, this is the fastest way to get it. You can pick it up today. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Click the button 'Pick up in store'.
What are the shipping costs for an order?
Delivery by DHL is free.
For the delivery of large products by CoolblueDelivers, there are a few options:
- Delivery between 7:30 and 17:00: € 25
- Morning delivery between 7:30 and 12:00: from € 39, depending on the chosen day
- Afternoon delivery between 12:00 and 17:00: € 39, depending on the chosen day
What if my product is broken on delivery?
Oh no! We advise you to reread the user manual first. Maybe you can solve the problem on your own, so you can start using your product right away and won't have to return it. For many products, you can download the manual via the product page. You can find this by going to My orders in your My Coolblue account and clicking the product.
Didn't work? Register your product for a return within 30 days via the return form. You can choose to get your money back or to receive a new product.
Can I choose a specific delivery date for white goods and kitchen appliances?
Yes, you can choose a delivery moment that suits you best.
We deliver 6 days in the week. You'll have these delivery options:
- Whole day: delivery between 7:30 and 17:00: € 25
- Morning: delivery between 7:30 and 12:00: from € 39, depending on the chosen day
- Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00: from € 39, depending on the chosen day
You can choose a delivery moment when you order a product.
Can I also pick up my package at a DHL point or locker?
Yes, choose a DHL point or locker when you place your order. Is your package already on its way? You can notify DHL that you want it delivered at a DHL point or locker. You'll receive an email when you can pick it up. You have 7 days to do so.
You can't pick up pre-orders at a DHL point or locker. This also applies to large products like white goods and the largest televisions. While you place your order, you can see which delivery options are available for you.
What's the status of my order?
In My Coolblue, you can easily view where your package is. Here, you'll also find a link to your Track & Trace. You can also find the Track & Trace code in your shipping confirmation email.
