You can only change your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. Contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

You can easily arrange this via My Coolblue. You can only cancel your order if it hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.

A Second Chance product is a product that has been returned or exchanged by a customer. The product is checked by us and if it's in good condition, we give it a second chance. We'll tell you what is wrong with all Second Chance products. We describe it clearly and show the proof in the photo. That way, you know exactly what to expect.

What can I expect of a Second Chance product?
Second Chance products have been checked by us and you can expect that they're still in good condition. We distinguish various condition classes. This information can be found on the website, to the right of the product. Below, you can find an overview of all possible condition.
- Like new: the product isn't damaged.
- Slight traces of use: the product has traces of use that you can expect with normal use, such as fine scratches on the edge of the product. Photos of the damage are attached.
- Visibly damaged: the product has visible damage, such as scratches and dents. Photos of the damage are attached.
Do I have a warranty on a Second Chance product?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with Second Chance products. Outside of these 30 days, you'll get the 2-year warranty you're used to from us.
