Second Chance JBL Tour Pro 2 Black

The JBL Tour Pro 2 is the first wireless earbud with a screen in the charging case. The sound experience is clear and the noise canceling closes me off well from my surroundings. Unfortunately, the screen in the charging case is at the expense of the battery.

Screen striking addition
The first thing that immediately catches your eye is the screen. With this screen I adjust the noise canceling and the volume, among other things. I also use the screen, for example, to switch equalizer settings and read the battery percentage of both the case and the earbuds. I occasionally use the screen, but I use my phone just as often to see the same information. A small drawback of this screen is that the battery of the charging case does not last very long. I have to charge it every day.

Earplug sits firmly in the ears
I can easily listen to music for half a day without feeling the earplug. It sits firmly in my ears and closes me off from the outside world. The design of the earplug makes this possible because the area between the eartip and the stick is thick and made of solid plastic. This part fits perfectly in my ear cup. I also exercise with it without feeling that the earplug is falling out.

Clear and deep sound
In addition to the wearing comfort and the screen, the sound also stands out. This is above average good. The sound sounds spacious and detailed with all music genres that I listen to. The deep bass ensures that I hear the low tones clearly. I also clearly hear the midtones and highs, so I enjoy detailed sound. Add to that the fact that even at low volume all tones come through clearly, this earplug excels in terms of sound quality.

Top class noise cancellation
I use this earbud in the office to focus. The noise canceling dampens all ambient sounds so that I can concentrate well. I like this very much, but it is also possible if I prefer to hear my colleagues or busy traffic. In the app or on the screen I switch between Noise Cancelling, Ambient Aware and TalkThru modes. With Ambient Aware I can hear my surroundings, but in a muted way. With TalkThru I can clearly hear my surroundings and only hear the music in the background.
