The Coolblue delivery service
You can get all products on our websites delivered in the following delivery areas
The good news first: Coolblue already delivers everywhere in Germany, but not all products. That's because we've only been active on the German market for a couple of years. That's why we're working step by step and make our delivery promise based on your delivery address. At the moment, we only deliver small and medium-sized packages everywhere in Germany. This isn't yet the case for large packages. Our goal is to expend out delivery area every year. Right now, we can offer our customers the following service.
Package: delivered everywhere for free
Do you want to order a product that fits in a small package? With our free standard delivery for packages, you'll receive your new smartphone, laptop, or kitchen machine within 1 to 2 working days.
Medium-sized and large products: delivered in 1 to 5 days
Is your cooktop broken or is it time for a new one? The following applies to the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. In the greater Frankfurt area, the following applies: ordered before 21:00 today, delivered tomorrow. In other regions, we deliver in 2 to 5 working days.

Currently, we only deliver the following white goods products and televisions in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region and the greater Frankfurt area:

A delivery promise for stable growth
While Coolblue has been around for over 20 years in the Netherlands, we've been operating in Germany since July 2020. That's why we take everything step by step and make our delivery promise dependent on your delivery address. This way, we make sure that the delivery goes smoothly. You can easily check until when you can place your order so the delivery driver rings the bell the next day by using the postal code checker on the product pages.
Own delivery network in the Rhine-Ruhr and Frankfurt metropolitan regions.
Because we do anything for a smile at Coolblue, we have our own delivery network in the Rhine-Ruhr and Frankfurt metropolitan regions: CoolblueDelivers. In these regions, our delivery heroes bring your product to your home in the blue delivery van and install it for you right away if necessary. That way, you get everything from a single source.
