Second Chance Sennheiser Accentum True Wireless Black

With the new Sennheiser Accentum True Wireless, I can enjoy detailed sound with my podcast and music for a long time thanks to its design. I find the touch controls a bit less pleasant.

High wearing comfort
The earbuds are light and they are shaped like my ear cup. In combination with the included eartips, the earbuds fit firmly in my ears. When I listen to music for a long time, I don't feel the earbuds. I like this and it increases my listening pleasure.

Touch controls too insensitive
I control the earbuds with the touch controls on the earbuds themselves, which I use to pause and fast forward the music. I don't find them sensitive enough, so I often have to tap hard to pause the music. This makes me lose control over my music at times.

Balanced sound
I think the sound quality of these earbuds is very high. The bass sounds are solid and this is not at the expense of midrange and high tones. This allows me to listen to intense and balanced sound. This makes rock music and electronic music sound like I'm there live. That is why these earplugs are suitable for fans of these music styles.

Strong noise canceling
Thanks to the design of the earbuds, they already dampen a lot of ambient noise. I also have a lot of control over the noise cancellation in the Smart Control app. Here, for example, I choose to turn on the noise canceling strongly, so that I hear little ambient noise and become absorbed in the music. With the Transparency mode I ensure that I hear the environment properly. This is not at the expense of the music quality, which I think is a big plus of these earbuds.

The first few times I used these wireless earbuds, I was surprised at how much noise the noise canceling removes. I was overwhelmed by the ambient noise present, which I always took for granted. Pairing was very quick and clear with my Android phone. It also went smoothly with iOS. I still confuse left and right during testing, I think I could use a dot or color on them so that I can use them properly right away. Beautiful sound quality, I can now follow lyrics in songs that I normally mumble along to.

The earplugs are packaged in a small cardboard box. The box contains the earplugs with extra protection around the case.

The package also contains a charging cable and different sizes of ear tips for the earbuds. The cable is USB-A to USB-C. There is no charger included, as is often the case with new products these days.

The case itself looks sleek in matte black with the Sennheiser logo on it. The USB-C cable goes into the case and when the earbuds are in there, they can be easily charged. They can also be charged without a cable. This is ideal for on the go.

I use the smallest size of the caps and applying this took a bit of fiddling before I could start listening.

After downloading the app, the earbuds could be connected. This must be done with the case open and on the charger, otherwise it will not work. After that, pairing goes quickly.

At first it took some getting used to how the earplugs fit in my ears, probably because I have quite small ears. Yet after a while I hardly noticed that I had them on. I received this product to test and upon receipt I was initially a bit worried that the earplugs would be a bit too large, but fortunately this turned out not to be too bad.

While listening to music, the music is automatically paused when an earplug is removed. This is useful, for example, if you are at the cash register and take them out briefly.

The music quality is excellent, and the noise canceling is also excellent for in-ears. I think voices could have been muted a bit more. The noise canceling can also be turned off if necessary. This can be done via the app or via the earphones themselves. It is nice that the functions of the earphones can be adjusted manually, so that the most commonly used functions can be set. Switching the noise canceling on and off via the app did not always work.
