The Tamron 50-400mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD Sony FE is a versatile telephoto lens, thanks to its large range. It's designed for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras and you can also it on APS-C mirrorless cameras from Sony. You can take portrait, nature, sports, animal and other photos with this lens. It has a magnification of 0.5 and at 50mm you focus at 24.9cm away from your subject. This makes the lens suitable for macro photography and close ups. The fast and accurate autofocus system ensures that you get moving animals and athletes in sharp focus. You can photograph handheld with this lens thanks to the built-in image stabilization. The image stabilization reduces motion blur due to vibrations from your hand, which are more visible when shooting at 400mm, for example.
