FreeSync matches the fps of your video card to the refresh rate of your monitor. You can tilt, turn, and adjust the monitor in height for an ergonomic sitting posture. This way, you can game longer without being bothered by neck or back problems. You can also use the blue light filter to prevent tired or irritated eyes.
Note: the maximum refresh rate via HDMI is 144Hz. For 180Hz gaming, you need to connect the monitor via DisplayPort.
