Thanks to the new S9 chip, the Apple Watch 9 is faster than its predecessors. As a result, you can quickly scroll through your apps and the battery lasts longer. Tap your index finger and your thumb twice to pause your music, answer a call, or start a timer. The battery life is 1 day with average use. With the Apple Watch, you can keep track of your heart rate, sleep, and stress and you receive exercises and tips to improve your mental health. On the Always On screen, you always see the time and you can keep an eye on your notifications without pressing a button.
