This Makita DJV182ZJ jigsaw includes a 3.0Ah battery and charger. This means you can get started with sawing curves right away. You can saw wooden planks of up to 135mm thick and metal up to 10mm deep. You can also saw diagonally (miter). The jigsaw has 3 orbital action settings, so you go through your material super fast. You can also adjust the speed of the saw to the material you're working on. That way, your saw blade doesn't overheat and you get the best result.
