With the Black+Decker Steam Ultra you can thoroughly clean many surfaces in your home with hot steam. Because you get many attachments, you can easily adapt the steam cleaner to your wishes.

Powerful steaming
The first thing I notice is the large water tank. I immediately fill it with water. I don't have to put anything else together. When I plug it in, the steam cleaner turns on. I have to wait a moment for the light to come on so I know the steamer is hot and ready to use. I test the steam power by squeezing the handle. I'm amazed at how much steam comes out of the device. The handle fits well in the hand and the button that produces the steam is also conveniently placed. I can also easily adjust how much steam I use via the dial.

Extensive accessories
In the box I find the 14 included accessories. I knew that this product has extensive attachments, so I'm curious to see what exactly I can do with it. I first try the floor extension with microfiber mop. This way I can easily clean my floor. The cloth also gets dirty quite quickly, so I see results immediately.

After this I try the round brush and the L-shaped nozzle. I'm going to start working on this in the bathroom. I use the round brush to remove deposits and dirt from the corners of the shower. The nozzle is useful for targeted cleaning of the grooves around the tap. I notice that the hot steam does its job well. Sometimes I have to scrub with the brush, but the dirt comes off easily afterwards.

Steaming my windows took some getting used to, because it requires some dexterity. Once I got the hang of it, I was able to clean my windows well with the steam cleaner. The same applies to steaming textiles. My sofa looked neat again. I have not been able to test the brush for the barbecue and the wallpaper steamer.

Store
Because the device is quite large, you will need space to store it. You also get many separate accessories. Fortunately, you store them on the device, so that you always have them at hand. Just make sure you don't accidentally lose them while driving the steam cleaner around your house.
