Liebherr CNc 5203-20

The Liebherr CNC 5223-20 is a very sturdy fridge freezer combination with a flexible layout. I use the spacious EasyFresh fresh zone for my fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the fan, it's equally cold everywhere in the fridge and it doesn't matter where I put my groceries.

First impression
What immediately strikes me is that the housing feels sturdy. The recessed handle makes it easy to open and close the door. The door feels a bit heavy at first, but I quickly notice that this is just a matter of getting used to. The door compartments and shelves also feel sturdy. On the back of the interior I see the air fan. I read in the manual of the refrigerator that it is equally cold everywhere in the refrigerator. Handy, because this allows my meats, cheese and desserts to be at the bottom, but also at the top.

Extra flexible layout
What also strikes me is that this fridge offers various options for furnishing the cooling compartment. Every few centimeters I see platform supports to adjust the platforms. This allows me to arrange the cooling compartment exactly as I want. I find the top divisible carrying platform handy. This gives extra space for the packs of orange juice that I always have at home and that just don't fit in the door compartment anymore. I put my favorite bottles of wine on the stainless steel bottle rack. Exactly 5 fit here

Longer fresh vegetables
I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables at home. We like to have this in house. This fridge has a special EasyFresh crisper drawer for this. My apples, bell peppers and lettuce stay fresh for an extra long time. Because I have to throw away less food, this also saves me money.

Freezer drawer
When you open the bottom door, an ice twister immediately catches your eye. With a turn of the knob I easily make ice cubes. This way I have a wonderfully refreshing glass of soda at hand on a warm summer afternoon. I have 3 freezer drawers at my disposal. The bottom one is a bit shallower, and I use it for frozen vegetables and leftovers from dinner. I find the most space in the middle and top drawer.

Easy operation
I adjust the temperature of both the refrigerator and freezer compartment with a few taps on the control panel. This appears as soon as I open the top door. I also notice that this energy-efficient refrigerator is quite quiet. I hear
little noise, even if I'm just supplemented with new messages.

Nice refrigerator. Everything comes out nicely cooled.
Fortunately, the freezer compartment does not contain grids in which the cooling elements are located, as with my previous refrigerator (this was terrible to defrost although it should have been no frost, so to speak).
I'm not a fan of the ice twister and I just took this one out. This thing is impossible to get open to be able to wash it out completely properly on the first use.
