Description

Do you have a small kitchen? No problem. The Inventum KI120T 1-burner induction cooktop fits everywhere. Suitable for making one-pot meals in cookware with a maximum diameter of 20cm. The cooktop has 10 temperature settings, and the keep-warm function keeps your meal nice and warm for a while after cooking. If there's no longer a pan on the burner, the cooktop switches the burner off. This is a great safety feature. Another is the child safety lock that prevents your cooktop from being switched on accidentally.

T is still a bit of work, but you can cook on it

  • The lacquer on the coil stinks, hopefully that will decrease, incidentally I have noticed this with all induction plates

The big problem with the plate is that if you switch from power to temperature control, a standard setting of 1600W and 140 degrees is set again. Fast downshifting prevents e.g. boil over and burn. Seems like a software / firmware error to me, because you wouldn't think of it that stupid. The keep warm function is also set at 1600W/140 degrees. Seems totally wrong to me. On e.g. Setting 100 degrees goes wrong, because the thing does not scale back in power when water boils e.g.
