This protective case is just right for the Garmin 650T. The Garmin fits well and spaciously and the device is now easy to get in and out of the bag. (Previously, a bag that was too small was supplied, but this was quickly rectified by the great service).
My question remains however; is this a storage bag or protective bag? Since there is an attachment for the belt (so that makes a belt a necessity), I also see it as a bag for on the go. Then the bag itself falls a bit short. There are no extra pockets for things like spare batteries and/or SD cards. In addition, the bag does not appear to be waterproof. Other bags for the belt also have a built-in rain jacket to pull it over the bag.
If it is more of a protective bag/storage bag, it would have been even more convenient if there was room for extra attributes such as batteries, charger, SD cards. Everything nice together.
Personally, I have therefore preferred a somewhat more spacious bag with extra, lockable, compartments for extra attributes on the road (spare batteries). Especially on a multi-day trip. However, if you are going for a day trip with full batteries, this bag is a must on your belt. Nice and compact and close to the body.
