How do you pick up a TV in our stores?
Reserve your TV online
Did you find a 65-inch TV on our website and do you want to have it at home the same day? If the TV is in stock at the store, you can reserve it online and pick it up today at the store. On the page of the specific TV, click 'Pickup in store'. You'll see in which stores the TV is in stock right away. You pay beforehand online. Isn't the TV in stock? You can reserve the TV and pick it up the next day. You can only pick up TVs of up to 50 inches at the stores in Leiden, Haarlem, and Rotterdam Oostplein.
Pick up your TV at the store
Not sure which TV suits you best? You'll get personal advice from our expert at the store, and you can see a large part of our assortment in real life. Did you choose a TV and is it in stock at the store? Pay for the TV beforehand online and pick it up at the store. In the Coolblue stores, you can pick up TVs with an screen size of up to 65 inches. We'll deliver TVs that are larger than 65 inches to your home the next day.
Aren't you happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days. Return the TV to the store or register your return online. Note: your purchase needs to be in its original packaging. Save it well!
Prepare your visit to the store
When you view televisions at the store, it's useful if you know the viewing distance. This way, you can see exactly which TV size suits your living room the best at the store. Do you want a TV that's 55 inches or larger? Visit us with 2 people, so you can safely take the TV to the car. Also check if there's enough space in the car for a larger television. The packaging of 55-inch televisions is usually 140cm wide and for 65-inch TVs, it's usually about 160cm wide.
Transport your new TV safely
It's safest to transport your TV with the box upright and fixed in place. Larger TVs with sizes like 55 and 65 inches are often most fragile and they're less easy to transport than small TVs. It's best to put these large televisions upright in the backseat of the car. Use the seatbelts to make sure it stays in place. Or put the television between the backseat and the front seats. And of course, drive safely.
