Just like in Harry Potter, this game takes place at Hogwarts. This way, you can discover the secrets inside and around the castle. You'll also follow the lessons you know from the books and the movies, of course. For example, you learn how to fly on a broom and make your own Felix Fortunatis for a bit more luck. This game takes place in the 1800s, so you won't see any familiar faces like Harry or Ron. You'll also see new locations that you've never seen before, as well as new enemies and magical animals. Unfortunately, you won't be playing a game of Quidditch in this game.

All versions of Hogwarts Legacy have now been released. The game is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Unfortunately not. Hogwarts Legacy is a singleplayer game, so you can't play with your friends.

For PlayStation and Xbox, you need to leave around 50GB space free. For the Nintendo Switch, this isn't known yet.
Can you create your own character in Hogwarts Legacy?
Yes. You can create the wizard or witch that you've always wanted to be. Specialize yourself in different spells and create your own playstyle. You can also choose your own Zweinstein House at the beginning of your adventure.
Is there exclusive content for PlayStation?
Yes, there's an exclusive mission available for the PlayStation 4 and 5. Upon completion, you get access to a store in Hogsmeade where you can buy better items and gear. You can't buy these items anywhere else in the game.
