With the Pico 4 Ultra, you can discover the virtual world. The Pico 4 Ultra is an active VR headset. This means you can use it without a PC or laptop and you're not bound by a cable. This VR headset has mixed reality, which is a combination of virtual reality and augmented reality. This allows you to experience a virtual world around you or dodge obstacles in the real world. This VR headset also has pancake lenses, so you're less bothered by distortion compared to other VR lenses. This reduces the chance of motion sickness. This means you don't easily get nauseous. Via the Pico Store, you can download a lot of different games and apps directly onto your VR headset or play PCVR games via the external Virtual Desktop software or a long USB-C cable.

not influenced by paid reviewers so a Pico for me

  • no paid subscription required or facebook/meta
  • Enjoy gaming with a well-stocked library
  • pico connect works fine for PC so steam available (or Virtual Desktop)
  • actually only satisfied so far

I already had the regular pico 4 and sold it because I didn't use it much, but with these winter days I missed it and now bought the Pico 4 ultra. So I already had Virtual Desktop and didn't have to buy this one. Pico connect now also works well, which I couldn't do with the previous Pico 4, so now I can use the PCVR via the cable. You buy a Quest if you want to be someone, and you buy a Pico if you are someone :)
