Unlike others, I am very disappointed with these machines. Nowhere do you read that most programs only allow up to 2 kg. I really do not understand how the machine can be ecological and economical. If you wash a double bed cover and you send it to your dryer, which is supposed to be the convenience, your sheets are far from dry. In the end it turns out that the drying program for sheets may be max 2 kg. Where is the logic here? I often used the delicates program in the user manual it says up to max 2 kg and liquid detergent. First of all, why do I have a 9 kg drum (or even 11 kg for the larger version) if you can only wash max 2 kg at a time. The most illogical thing is that the automatic dispenser is not possible, even if you want to use the same detergent. The same for sports and outdoor clothing. This is not stated anywhere in the manual. Even the people at Samsung themselves don't know this because their advice was that I had to exchange it because it wasn't working properly?!? If you want to use a different detergent than the one you use most, you also have to set it manually. 2 different detergents, like I use 2x powder for boiling, is not possible at all. I also think reusing fabric softener is poorly set. I like my sheets and towels to smell good. Never had any problems with my simple old machine, now you hardly smell anything, even if it is set to high consumption. I specifically chose a bespoke because of my handicap, but as soon as your machine goes into standby, the connection with the app is also broken. If you can still activate it again with your app, okay but no, this has to be done manually. So instead of more ease of use, it is just more complicated and absolutely not convenient if you don't fill the machine yourself like I do. The spinning also makes a lot of noise. I was sitting downstairs with the door closed and I really thought something had exploded. It is more the vibration of the machine, while it is on the floor, that makes so much noise. The rest of the time the machine is very quiet. I have therefore decided to return them. I am very disappointed and even feel really cheated by Samsung because they make their machines seem much more user-friendly. I also want to mention that the people at Coolblue are really great. The Samsung washing machine I tested exceeded my expectations. The SmartThings features, including the AI Energy Mode, help you save energy, which is good for both your wallet and the environment. The 11 kg capacity makes it possible to wash large quantities of laundry in one go. The QuickDrive and Hygienic Steam programs are especially great; they ensure that the laundry is thoroughly clean without taking much time. Operation via the display is simple and clear. A disadvantage is that the machine does not have separate compartments for colored or white washing powder, which can sometimes be inconvenient. Furthermore, the extensive functionality can be overwhelming for people who are not very technical. Nevertheless, this device is a real asset to any household. I am very satisfied with this washing machine and highly recommend it.

We have now been able to test this super nice washing machine for 2 weeks. In addition to the beautiful design, the washing machine is easy to operate, the machine has a very large drum and an incredible number of programs. We were especially curious about the steam function. We initially assumed that this function was intended to freshen up your clothes. It turns out to be a thorough cleaning after washing the clothes. Very nice that this removes all bacteria and thorough stains, but different than we initially thought. The washing programs are also easy to set. We had to get used to the automatic dosing and have not yet been able to try out all the programs.
