Thanks to the high brightness and bright colors, I think the LG 86QNED85T6C is an ideal television for films and series. I am completely absorbed in my films and it feels like I am in the cinema. Lifelike colours I am very satisfied with the picture quality of this television. The colors on the screen look realistic. They are never dull and actually pop off the screen. This large color range is due to the quantum dot layer behind the screen. Quantum dots are very small particles that all have their own color. I see this in the bright, rich colors of the screen. When I watch a nature documentary, it feels like I'm walking through the jungle myself. Clear screen with few reflections In my living room I have a large window with lots of sunlight. Fortunately, this television has a bright screen, making the screen clearly visible even on a sunny day. I see few annoying reflections, only in very dark scenes. The television has excellent contrast, but this becomes somewhat lower when the sun shines on my screen. This makes details in the shadows less noticeable. That is less useful when I am watching an exciting movie or detective. Fortunately, I don't have this problem in a dark room. The contrast is slightly higher along the edges of the screen than in the middle of the screen, because the dimmable zones are only along these edges. Wide viewing angle When my family comes over, they like to watch Formula 1. Some of the people sit in the corner of the room, diagonally in front of the television. Fortunately, the image is still clearly visible thanks to the wide viewing angle. They see almost no distortions, so they follow the race well. It becomes slightly less bright, but remains bright enough that everyone can watch without any problems. Easy to use with built-in Chromecast Normally I always connect a Chromecast to my television, so that I can easily stream series and films from my smartphone. With this LG television I no longer use a separate Chromecast, because it has a built-in Chromecast. I think this works very easily, I always have my favorite content at hand. This also frees up all HDMI ports for other peripherals, such as my Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and a laptop. Thanks to the low input lag and high refresh rate of 100 Hz, I also enjoy gaming on the television. My games almost never stutter.

I was allowed to test this TV for a period, below are my findings. The design and attachment of the feet are really very nicely done. 2 options in terms of width, and also 2 options in terms of height, this allows you to set it higher and place a soundbar neatly underneath. The image quality is a bit double. it is beautifully clear, and with normal series watching during the day everything is very nicely visible. the colors are also very nice then. I only find the blooming very disappointing for this price. that is to say that with small bright parts on a dark screen a gray spot appears, and that part therefore looks a bit blurry. If you are looking for a TV with good HDR details, I would personally look at a direct LED, or a mini LED. Edge lit shows its disadvantages here, although with SDR and normal series for example it is quite nice.

We have had the television in our home for a few weeks now. We are very satisfied with this TV. It is 65 inches so quite large. The image is very nice and sharp on this television. We regularly watch films and this is pleasant on this television. Connecting it was easy and it was delivered with a support. We are very pleased with the LG QNED.
