Thanks to the powerful M2 processor, the Apple iPad Air (2024) 13 inches 128GB WiFi + 5G Space Gray is suitable for work or school. Demanding Office or Adobe programs run smoothly and multitasking is no problem for the iPad Air (2024). You can also smoothly open multiple apps and work with 2 apps side by side on the large 13-inch screen. The screen quality of this iPad is good enough to comfortably watch movies on. We recommend the iPad Pro (2024) for photo or video editing and graphic design, because it has an even clearer and sharper screen. This iPad has 5G, so you can work online everywhere. Also in places without a WiFi network nearby. You do need an eSIM with a mobile data plan for this. The 128GB storage fills up quickly after you download a couple of games and apps. Want to download entire seasons or do you use many apps? We recommend the 256GB version.

Happy with this replacement after five years
I already had an AirPad Air (3rd gen). Now I'm not the type of person who buys the latest update of a device every year, but after five years it was time for a replacement, I thought. And now I know why: my new one is so much faster, gives a much clearer picture, ... . I opted for a larger screen size (13" instead of 11") and that turned out to be a good thing. More images, but still small enough for the dining table and to take with you when traveling. I also immediately purchased a new Apple Pencil Pro, but that takes some getting used to after a 1st generation Apple Pencil!

Switched from a regular iPad 6th gen, and haven't regretted it for a second: this iPad is very fast, has a very nice screen, ... A pleasure to work with! The battery life is still a bit disappointing at the moment, but it has only had three charging cycles, so the battery still needs some training. It is useful that I can now finally set a charging limit to 80% and see the battery condition. I am not going to mention the price as a downside: it is quite a hefty amount, but such an iPad will last for several years.
