I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive 3 over four years ago and have always enjoyed wearing it. But the battery deteriorated and charging did not always happen automatically. Because I have a walking week this summer without electricity, I wanted a new smartwatch with a long battery life, also with GPS. And that's this one. Not much changes for me because I already had the 3. I also looked at Samsung and other smartwatches. But a: they are often much more expensive and b: the battery only lasts a day, and with GPS on only a few hours. You can't do a walking tour with that.
