Description
In the BK Brilliant Frying Pan 24cm, you can fry potatoes for 2 people in an environmentally-friendly way thanks to the ceramic coating. That's because this coating is PFAS-free, so it doesn't contain harmful substances. The ceramic coating allows you to crisp up potatoes and meat more quickly, so you're done cooking faster. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including the oven up to 160°C. This keeps your dish warm for longer. You can then safely move the pan to the dining table as the handle stays cool while you cook. Done cooking? Clean the pan in the dishwasher.

- Non-stick works well
- The butter when warm falls apart, i.e. the bottom is not completely covered
It takes some getting used to, the ceramic pan has to be heated up gradually. All butter moves to the side when it is hot, even if you tilt the pan to distribute the butter or oil evenly. You don't have this with the old Tefal pans. The ceramic bottom is much smoother. On the other hand, it contains no PFAS.

The first use is very pleasant, but unfortunately the non-stick coating does not work well anymore. Even washing by hand and water does not help. These are going back!
