With the included wok, you can stir-fry ingredients.
A GreenPan pan is sustainably produced, so it's PFAS-free.
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 220°C.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven gloves.

Description

You'll get 3 frying pans at once with the GreenPan Craft Frying Pan Set 20cm + 28cm + Wok 28cm. You can use the frying pans for potatoes and meat. In the wok, you can stir-fry your vegetables to make them very crunchy. The pans have a strong ceramic coating. Thanks to this, you can fry at high temperatures and they're scratch-resistant. This is useful, because you can fry quicker and the pans last longer. In addition, it's more easy to stir your ingredients thanks to the straight, high frying edges. You can use the pans on all heat sources and you can also place them in the oven up to 220°C. After frying, you can clean the pans in the dishwasher.

Bottom inside bulges slightly

Very pleasant to work with. The high weight (more than a kilo) may be a reason for some people not to buy this pan. The curvature of the bottom is not so handy, but only inconvenient when you fry an egg or a steak.

Tilts through heavy handle

Decent pans with one major drawback: The handle is too heavy for both the 24cm pan and the 28cm pan and is not in balance with the pan, making it very easy to tumble off the stove. Less of a problem with induction because of the flat surface, but almost impossible with gas stoves and actually even downright dangerous. Too bad, because otherwise a fine, sturdy pan with a good and scratch-resistant non-stick coating.
