Bosch VitaPower Series 2 MMB2111S Gray

It is a very fine blender, which only makes a lot of noise with hard pieces of frozen fruit. The handy portable cup is ideal and leak-proof, which I find a plus, especially on the motorcycle. The only downside I have found is the fact that there is no cover for the knives. When I am using the bottle, the blades are in principle unattended near or on the device. Not handy with small children at home (I'm no longer happy) or with pets that jump on the counter (I don't have those either). In addition, I have focused on purchasing a second cup for my husband, and have found these to be quite expensive. They cost around 25 euros, so I've now decided to fill the cup, make it and then move it into leak-proof cups, so at least we can both take some with us. This makes the large cup available to keep the knives secured in the kitchen. Win-win situation, but not the desired situation for us. In terms of performance, we have nothing to complain about. So far, everything that went in has come out smooth, and all the various flavors have already been reviewed. We are now experimenting with adding vegetables. So far we are very satisfied, but due to the lack of a protective cover/cap for the knives, the blender only gets 4 stars instead of 5!

When I took the blender out of the packaging, I noticed how compact the device actually is, the jug or rather cup is enough for a smoothie for two people or one very big enjoyer (like me). The operation of the device is self-explanatory; wash before first use, plug in, fill the cup with stuff that needs to be crushed, screw on the lid (good security to check whether it is really closed) and turn it into the device, just a few taps on the on button and everything has changed in one homogeneous mass. What a power, that really surprises me, maybe because I'm used to one where it takes at least a minute excluding just giving a clump of frozen fruit a little push to get mixed. So far completely happy with the blender, it complies with all written texts by Bosch. I doubt whether I will really use the cup function? Maybe I would rather have a pitcher with a pouring spout?
