Thanks to the short focal distance of 29cm, you can photograph your object from up close. This means you can even capture the hairs of insects and the pollen from flowers. I use this lens on my Nikon Z7II. What a pleasure! This is without a doubt an excellent lens. Extremely sharp photos. Easy to use and surprisingly light compared to my old Nikon F 105 Micro. The image stabilization in the lens works amazingly well in conjunction with the sensor stabilization of the Z7II. I can recommend this lens 100%, and not only for macro, but also for portrait photography. Absolutely TOP!
