Rowenta Compact Power XXL RO4853

I have been in possession of this Rowenta RO4853 for a few weeks now. I have switched from a bagged vacuum cleaner to one without a bag. That was also the ultimate goal of purchasing a new vacuum cleaner. After taking it out of the box (there is unnecessarily a lot of tricky cardboard inside the box) you notice that it is fairly compact, but when you put it down you can't put it upright for example and hook the handle into the bottom. That's a shame, that would make it even more compact. I think the suction power is a very big plus, just a shame that the only way to slightly 'adjust' the suction power is the air slide on the handle (I think a rotary knob for setting is a small lack). Furthermore, especially in relation to the suction power, it is quite quiet and easily manoeuvrable. The cord has sufficient length, longer than my previous vacuum cleaner in any case. I find another plus point for the supplied attachments for various surfaces such as various floors and furniture (also for very narrow cracks in sofas and chairs), but above all also an attachment that I myself find useful for vacuuming the blinds clean (and that is really an outcome). Furthermore, there is also standard at the beginning of the hose, a built-in extendable attachment that you can use by just removing the handle. When putting it back I notice that the cord usually does not turn all the way back in 1 go when you press the button. As soon as the bin in which the dust ends up at the line is full, it must be emptied and cleaned. The filter above this collector should also be cleaned with water and then dried. I find that a bit inconvenient since the filter does not dry very quickly. Now the collection bin with us is not full very quickly (home is 70m2) and it can still be done. However, I do not recommend this device to people with dogs or cats and a larger surface. Furthermore, another filter must be cleaned once a month and replaced once a year. However, I don't think this is such a problem since I no longer need a bag all year round. I am quite satisfied with my purchase, but there are some caveats as I explained them before. It is versatile, but I would not recommend it for larger households. In any case, it suits me.

This compact vacuum cleaner from Rowenta surprised me in a positive way. Its limited size more than compensates with the suction power that is more than enough to get the house dust-free. What I personally really like about using this vacuum cleaner is that I can easily move around the house with it. The power cord is long enough to vacuum an entire floor from one wall outlet. In addition, the compact size also means that I can easily move within a room and from room to room. What I also really like is that I no longer need a bag, but can simply empty the reservoir in the trash. There is still dust left after emptying, but I solve that by rinsing it clean every now and then. I don't mind that much. It is also important to mention that I think the product feels solid and that is why I am confident that I can enjoy it for a long time to come. In short, I am a satisfied user.

After many years of using the same vacuum cleaner, I have now bought another one, the RO4B36. My first reaction upon delivery, I was shocked by the size of the box, had estimated the vacuum cleaner smaller in my mind. After taking it out of the box I change my opinion, it is a good size, the distribution is different. This one is not long and flat like my previous vacuum cleaner. I am immediately impressed by the brush that is attached to the hard part of the hose. How very well thought out. This is the part I always use to vacuum the stairs and the side of them and after a while you get streaks. With this brush, that won't happen again! The vacuum cleaner is very manoeuvrable and the sound is not too bad. Had read online that this one is not super quiet. But yes, vacuuming also makes some noise. The collection tray is easy to remove and clean. That you have to let the filter dry for a while after rinsing it was not clear to me beforehand. I also find that a bit less useful. But still better than a vacuum cleaner bag! The vacuum cleaner is easy to grab and lift, very important for moving to another floor. All in all, I am quite pleased with this vacuum cleaner.
