Description
Easily prepare a tasty stew for a large group in the Le Creuset Oval Dutch Oven 31cm Flame. The pan has a large 6.3-liter capacity. Thanks to the heavy lid, the heat is kept in the pan, slowly cooking the ingredients and retaining flavors and vitamins. The pan is made of cast iron, which is durable and lasts a long time. You use the Dutch oven on any heat source, which is useful if you want to keep something warm and finish cooking it in the oven. After using it, clean the pan manually so the pan will maintain its quality and last a long time.
Note: the Le Creuset Dutch oven 32cm is large. That means it's possible the induction cooking zone doesn't cover the entire bottom of the pan.Key specs

Cooking with a Le creuset is fantastic! Everything works, nothing is burnt (eg sausages), the taste is better than making a stew in a regular pot! Soups, mashed potatoes, stews, game, casseroles, everything tastes delicious in this! I already had a Creuset, but with 2 boys growing up, you simply need bigger pots.
