The pans have a sturdy base of with several layers, so the warmth spreads quickly and evenly. Because they're made of stainless steel, the pans are durable and can take a hit. You can safely move the pans to your dinner table thanks to the sturdy welded handles. They're also suitable for all heat sources, and you can put them in the oven up to 230°C. Done eating? For a longer lifespan, clean the pans manually.

It's just a fact

For all those who complain about the burning, let the pan get so hot without butter or fat that water droplets start "dancing". Turn the throttle back, put butter in the pan, the meat or whatever, and let it sit for a while until it releases on its own. It takes some getting used to, that's right.

Because the handles do not get hot, I like it very well. The pans can be washed in the dishwasher. The handles on the lid do get a little warm.
