Description

You can always game with smooth images with the AOC CU34G2XP/BK. This 34-inch QHD gaming monitor has a 180Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. This way, you can effortlessly play games. You can see more of the playing field on the curved ultrawide screen and use multiple windows at a time. That way, it completely immerses you in your game. Have an AMD and NVIDIA video card? The FreeSync and G-Sync technology ensure that you can play your games without screen tear. The colors also jump off your QHD screen with the DisplayHDR 400 support and color depth of 1 billion colors. Turn, tilt, and adjust the height of your gaming monitor, so you always game ergonomically.

Note: the maximum refresh rate via HDMI is 144Hz. Connect the monitor via DisplayPort for 180Hz gaming.

The best in its price range

  • G sync compatible
  • Little to no ghosting
  • Good adjustable foot
  • Overdrive on high, just a bit too hard

Really nothing to complain about the screen, it is just really good. With testing almost no ghosting with overdrive high, only then it handles the colors less nicely. On medium overdrive there is also almost no ghosting but the rest is perfect. The foot is also good in height and everything can be adjusted. I come from an IPS screen for photo editing, only I wanted more hz. And this one is almost as good in terms of colors. This was the best screen of the 3 that I tested for gaming and color fastness. Incidentally, it works with G sync on a 4060ti, even though it does not have the certificate.

Nice screen for a nice price

  • The higher resolution is a huge plus
  • The finish of this screen is top notch!
  • The 180HZ is nice but not very useful except for a few games.

Switched from two AOC 27 inch screens to 1 large 34 inch screen. After some searching I ended up with this AOC screen, because of the favorable specifications and the price. At the first start I was positively surprised how much extra added value those extra pixels & HDR have. At times you really get goosebumps because of the combination of higher resolution with HDR, a really nice addition. All in all a very good purchase!
