Place whole chickens or other pieces of meat on the stainless steel spit and turn on the 230V motor to rotate the spit. That way, the chickens evenly cook on all sides. You can use the 2 included meat hooks to grill large pieces of meat. The extra forks keep the meat in place. The Spit TravelQ is suitable for dishes of up to 6.8kg.
