Solis Grind and Infuse Perfetta Stainless Steel

I have been using the Solis Perfetta for several weeks now. Before this I have always had a fully automatic espresso machine. I can say one thing and that is that I never want anything else. It is quite a job to adjust the grind size and throughput time, but once this is done you really have a fantastic cup of coffee. With a weight of 10 kg, it is not really a lightweight either. A major disadvantage of fully automatic machines is that you often only have a small number of grinding settings. This machine has no less than 25 grinding settings. This way no one can complain that the coffee doesn't taste good. Of course this requires a number of trial sessions. Moreover, the grinding process is remarkably quiet! The bean storage container on top of the machine is quite spacious and it's fun to watch the grinding process. The control panel is simple. It's self-explanatory and while there aren't countless options, the options available deliver exactly what you need for a perfect cup of coffee. The meters on the front allow you to set the duration of the coffee grinding and the dripping process. The pressure gauge is not only a nice addition to the design, but is also functional. The milk foamer does what it should do and is also quite handy! This can be rotated 360 degrees, which makes pouring milk into the matching stainless steel milk cup a piece of cake. Small disadvantage: The milk foamer also serves as a water dispenser. In terms of maintenance, the machine is still quite simple. Descale and clean every now and then. It takes me less time and effort than I expected. Would I recommend the Solis Grind & Infuse Perfetta to you to buy? Of course! All in all I am very satisfied with the machine. It makes delicious coffee and the beautiful design and user-friendliness make it a fun machine to use. Also in the morning if you have a morning mood. It is a bit pricey but you get a lot of fun in return!
