Thanks to the included cover, you can protect your Weber Performer Premium GBS 57cm + Weber Luxurious Cover Performer Premium from rain and dust. This charcoal barbecue has a large metal working table to prepare your ingredients on the spot. The underframe has 4 wheels, so it has a comfortable working height. Thanks to the One Touch system, you can easily set the right temperature. Use the built-in cooking timer to keep track of the cooking time. You can also easily remove ash from the ash catcher, which ends up in the ash pan. The charcoal barbecue has a GBS rack and a removable midsection. This allows you to switch between accessories from the GBS series. With the 2 charcoal containers, you can grill indirectly. You can store the charcoal you use for this in the briquettes supply container underneath your barbecue.
