Quality of the image is good enough to be able to see who is at the door. Because it has facial recognition and human recognition, you are less likely to receive a false report. Because there are 2 cameras on it, the bell consumes a lot of power, so that the bell runs empty and cannot be recharged sufficiently with a transformer of 8VA. A minimum of 40VA is recommended, but standard bell transformers in the Netherlands are not that heavy. There is no support for HomeKit and Google Assistant is flawed. If motion is detected, the call button will not work. Hopefully this is a software issue and will be resolved later. Since amazon is the sales partner of eufy, you will not receive support if you cannot prove that you have bought from amazon. As a result, you can only get support via coolblue and not on the eufy/anker support forums. If you view the live camera images, it regularly freezes when you use the split view. Hopefully also a software problem that will be solved soon. As long as the bugs don't show up, a good and fine bell.

We got this product because we are often not at home for the packages and could tell them where to put it, but before the app is opened and you can record, they are already gone. For one patient, ringing the doorbell works, but the conversation is so delayed that you mix up half sentences and it doesn't work well either.

Installation is easy. Doorbell is quite large but is easy to hang. Connected to 8V, 1A bell transformer. Seems to keep battery charged (though battery was suddenly 97%, but full again the next day). So never charge again! Camera quality is good, although people's faces are difficult to see with backlighting. Turning on HDR does not offer a solution. App works ok, but setting activity zones is difficult. You will receive a separately adjustable notification when the doorbell rings, so the doorbell notification can be easily distinguished from other notifications. Unfortunately, the bell went offline several times. Then the bell no longer works and you have to remove it from the wall and restart it. You will not receive a notification if the bell goes offline so you do not know when it stops working. Therefore unreliable. Moving the base station closer to the bell didn't help and WiFi is strong. Also had an issue that the bell only picked up 11 seconds per event, even though the person was still in the picture. Each event was 11 sec. Being able to manually set each event to be recorded for 1 minute, but you don't want that. Recording should stop when there is no more movement. Customer service is really very good! Couldn't solve the problems unfortunately, so I sent the bell back.
