This allows you to fry shorter and hotter up to a temperature of 400°C. The pan has a scratch-resistant non-stick coating, so it lasts longer. The aluminum pan ensures good heat distribution and is also lightweight. After use, wash the pan in lukewarm water with a little dish soap.

We were just stupid. Just look at the rating of the maker 'Cookware BV' in Wateringen in Google Maps. No one has had good experiences with them. In our case, the edge completely crumbled within a year or so, even though we were very careful with it...
