With a Sonos Roam Duo Pack, you can create a stereo setup. You connect both speakers and listen to stereo sound. Take the speakers outside and enjoy your favorite songs wirelessly via Bluetooth. The on/off button protrudes <1mm and only when the speaker is ready for use - white light - a sound can be heard during use. In the meantime you can't use it and because it doesn't respond to anything you have no idea what's going on. The app gives you zero information. I don't find the sonos app user-friendly at all. I bought the Sonos Roam because I had the impression that the size was much more compact than that of my Bose Revolve, and that turns out to be disappointing in practice. The sound is about as good and I find the Bose speaker much more pleasant to use. That the Sonos can be submerged in water and the Bose Revolve not appeals to me, because I never do that :)
