- The blood pressure monitor doesn't have reminder function which helps you remember your next reading.
- You can only use the blood pressure monitor with batteries, because a power cable isn't included.
Description
The Omron X7 Smart Blood Pressure Monitor measures your blood pressure and heart rate, but also detects atrial fibrillation. This is a type of cardiac arrhythmia that often goes unnoticed and increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases. You save your readings in the Omron Connect app automatically, so you can see all of your readings in an organized way and discover patterns. The readings are always accurate thanks to the special Intelli-Wrap cuff. You can't attach it to your upper arm incorrectly, so you'll never end up with wrong readings. You're also notified when the strap is too loose or too tight. The X7 Smart has a double screen, so you can compare your latest values to previous values and your weekly average.
Note:- The X series from Omron is the same as the M series.

- Easy, solid and clear to operate.
- Good bluetooth connection (Samsung S7) with easy app (OMRON via playstore) which you can connect well with other software. (samsung health) that can copy the measured values for use.
- Measured values (with different extensions (xml, pdf etc)). to be sent by mail or simply by cooperating.
- No add-on is added which, for the price, would have made it complete when using rechargeable batteries.

To use the app you must agree to the terms and conditions. Even if you do not use the Cloud service ("My journal"), your data will be sent to Omron, but also Google, Amazon etc. It is explicitly stated that Omron sells your data to third parties. That is not acceptable to me which is why I uninstalled the app. The data remains on the device, but without an app there is no other automatic system to make an overview, for example for your doctor. In addition, the memory is limited to 100 measurements and it goes quickly if you do the measurement 4 times a day (advice from the cardiologist).

Useful indicators to indicate if the cuff is not positioned correctly during the meeting or if you are experiencing an abnormal hard rhythm. Pleasant to use and does what it is supposed to do and well.
