This large watch looks the best on a wrist circumference of 19cm or more. You keep track of your sports results accurately. You also learn more about your health, because you measure the oxygen in your blood, your temperature, and your heart rate. With Training Load Pro and Recovery Pro, you improve your workouts and prevent injuries. You can download offline maps on your smartwatch to navigate your running routes, for example. The battery lasts up to 8 days with average use, so you don't have to charge the watch often. You can't make contactless payments.
Note: a charger isn't included. Want to charge the watch via the socket? Use the charger of your smartphone or order a separate charger.

Finally a sports watch that is also beautiful. I've had it for a week now. It takes some getting used to at first, this is my first polar. But you get used to it quickly. Very happy with polar flow. Syncing with my iPhone, Strava and Komoot all goes smoothly. Battery lasts a long time, while I am still quite active. Had no problems with the software or stability.
