The Weber Performer Premium GBS 57cm is a charcoal barbecue with a range of different functions. Because the barbecue has a large metal worktop, you can work with your ingredients on the spot. Thanks to the underframe with 4 wheels, it has the perfect working height. With the One Touch system, you can easily control the temperature. You can ensure the perfect preparation with the integrated kitchen timer. This system also allows you to remove any ashes that fall from the ash catcher into the ash pan. The charcoal barbecue has a GBS rack with a removable center piece. That way, you can easily switch between the different GBS series accessories. Thanks to the two charcoal holders, you can grill indirectly as well. The charcoal you need for this can be stored in the briquette holder underneath the barbecue.

After 10 years of traditional grilling with a Barbecook, I switched to a Weber. Anyone who previously thought that he could bring a nice piece of meat to the table should reconsider his opinion because the difference with this Weber Performer is almost indescribable. The indirect grilling is especially a true discovery! Sear briefly above the coals and then cook indirectly next to the coals. Even the kids spontaneously commented on the juicy meat! The possibilities are endless, direct grilling, indirect grilling, smoking, pizza, ... everything is possible. Give yourself some learning time to master the grilling times, air flows, ... because the temperature can rise up to 250°. The included accessories are all top quality, especially the grill grate with removable center section and folding sides to add coals. Assembly went smoothly and the manual is very clear, but you are there for a while, fast assembly just before you eat is not possible.
