The most common errors of Candy washing machines

One of the error codes appears on your Candy washing machine:

• Error code E2: no water enters the machine.
• Error code E3: there's a problem with the water drain.
• Error code E4: there's too much foam inside the drum.
• Error code E7: the door doesn't close properly.

If you see error code E2, your washing machine doesn't get any water.

1. Open the faucet all the way.
2. Check the supply hose to see if there are any kinks.
3. If so, remove it.
4. Doesn't put the drain hose too high above the washing machine.
5. Check if something is blocking the drain filter.

With error code E3, there's a problem with the water drain.

1. Check if something is blocking the drain filter.
2. Make sure there's no kink in the drain hose.
3. Rinse a blocked drain with boiling water and soda.

There's too much foam or water in the drum.

1. Turn on the drum cleaning to remove soap rests.
2. Use less detergent next time.
3. Clean the drum once every month.

With error code E7, there's a problem with the door.

1. Check if there's any laundry stuck between the door. Remove this.
2. Close the door until you hear it click.
3. Turn off the washing machine.
4. Unplug the connector from the socket.
5. Wait 3 minutes and restart the washing machine.
