- Rinse the steam wand.
- Clean the separate parts of the wand.
Step 1: rinse the steam wand
You rinse the steam wand after each use.
- Place an empty cup under the steam wand.
- Press the 'steam' button and then the 'start/stop' button.
- The steam wand now rinses with hot water, so you can remove all the remaining milk residue.
- After about 5 seconds, press the 'start/stop' button again to stop the rinsing.
- Clean the exterior of the steam wand with a clean, damp cloth.
Step 2: clean the separate parts
The steam wand consists of 2 separate parts. We recommend you to thoroughly clean these parts once a week.
- Tilt the steam wand to the left and remove the metal and silicone part in one go.
- Disassemble the 2 parts and thoroughly rinse them under the faucet or clean them in the dishwasher.
- Reassemble the steam wand and you're done.
