Samsung S24: built-in Galaxy AI assistant

The biggest difference between these smartphones is the Galaxy AI assistant on the S24. It allows you to easily edit photos and texts. With the 'Circle to Search' function, you can circle something you see on the screen of your S24. Galaxy AI will then look it up for you online. Galaxy AI also translates live phone calls and summarizes your notes or web pages. In addition, you can expand the background of your photos or easily move a person or subject in a photo with Galaxy AI.

Samsung S23 FE: no Galaxy AI assistant

The Samsung S23 FE doesn't have a built-in Galaxy AI assistant. So you'll have to edit photos and texts yourself via the gallery or image editing apps. You do have access to online AI assistants via your browser, such as ChatGPT or Bard. This way isn't as fast, as these AI tools aren't built into the Samsung S23 FE. Sometimes, you even have to pay an extra fee to be able to use these external AI assistants.

Samsung S24: suitable for the most demanding tasks

Thanks to a powerful Exynos processor, the Samsung S24 is suitable for the most demanding tasks. You can easily play 3D games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. You can also edit photos and videos in apps like Photoshop Express or with the built-in Galaxy AI assistant. Thanks to the 8GB RAM, you can open your apps really fast. And multitasking isn't a problem for the Samsung S24 either.

Samsung S23 FE: suitable for less demanding tasks

The Samsung S23 FE has a less powerful processor than the Samsung S24. You can easily play less demanding games, such as Subway Surfer. Demanding 3D games like Call of Duty might not run as fast. The Samsung S23 FE also has 8GB of RAM. This means that you can open apps fast with this Samsung smartphone as well. The S23 FE is also suitable for multitasking.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 is much smaller than many other smartphones. You can easily control the 6.2-inch Full HD screen with 1 hand. The small size also means that there's no room for a large 5000mAh battery in the S24. That's why it has a smaller 4000mAh battery. Still, the S24 lasts an entire day on average thanks to the energy-efficient processor.

With 6.4 inches, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has a larger screen than the S24. The S23 FE is comparable to many other smartphones. This Samsung smartphone is a bit more difficult to control with 1 hand, but it does fit in your pocket. Thanks to the larger size, the S23 FE has room for a larger 4500mAh battery. It lasts an entire day on average, just like de S24.
