You can cook with lots of flexibility on the Siemens EA631GNA1E ceramic cooktop and its large cooking zone. Preparing a large dinner for friends and family? Use the extra long large cooking zone to place a large pan or roasting pan on it. That way, you have enough space to prepare a roast for multiple guests. The Siemens cooktop also has a residual heat indicator. This lets you know which zones are still too hot to touch after cooking. You won't have to worry about burning your fingers this way. You can easily operate the cooktop with the dials on the matching built-in stove.
Note: this cooktop is part of a stove set and can only be used in combination with the matching built-in stove.
