It works excellent, it takes some getting used to and practice after this upgrade from a Weber, but it can't really go wrong here.

Impressive kamado, good size for making a variety of dishes. Feels solid on all sides. I have now pre-fired it twice, but I am already impressed how well the heat is retained. Adjusting to the correct temperature takes some getting used to, partly due to the fact that you only see something happen a few minutes after changing the valves. Once too hot it is difficult to cool down.
