The batteries are already worn out when I bought them, my 2 included batteries still charge to 30% and 40%. When my previous SteelSeries, a wired version, gave up the ghost, I wanted to get rid of the cable. I was very satisfied with my previous headset and so I chose Steel Series again. The Arctis Pro Wireless is a great headset in terms of sound and wearing comfort... but... Every time I start my computer, either the microphone or the headset itself does not work and I have to search in the settings of Discord and Windows to see what is no longer correct. So every time I waste time and frustration. Sometimes the Bluetooth just drops out and I lose the connection (the transmitter and headphones are then barely a meter apart) I give this product the benefit of the doubt: it could also be me because I am not a computer specialist, far from it, but for that price I just want it to work without problems. Plug and play? ... Not really I have never used the Sonar software that you can install on your computer and so I cannot say whether it has any added value.
