With the Theragun Prime Gen 5, you can relax your muscles and remove knots from your muscles. You have a suitable attachment for different situations. There are 4 massage attachments included. You can use them to relieve pain in sensitive areas or to improve blood circulation. You can massage firmly because you can apply force up to 14kg. Because you massage 12mm deep into your muscle tissue, you can easily remove knots in your muscles. The 5 intensity settings allow you to choose how firmly you massage. The LED lights on the device indicates the setting. You can connect the massage device with the Therabody app for extra guidance during the massage.
