Description

Accurately monitor your heart rate with the Polar Verity Sense Heart Rate Monitor Armband Black M-XXL. You can wear this arm band on your upper or lower arm. You can easily adjust the arm band to your arm circumference, so the monitor is always tight. The heart rate monitor is waterproof and suitable for fanatic swimmers. That's because of the included strap clip. With the clip, you can attach the sensor to your goggles, so you can measure your heart rate via your temple. You can connect the heart rate monitor to your smartwatch via Bluetooth. Or you can use ANT+ to connect the Verity Sense to your smartwatch, sports watch, or fitness machines. This way, you can easily view your heart rate on your sports watch when you're working out. After your workout, you can view your heart rate information in the Polar Flow training app.

Recommended for accurate heart rate measurement

The measurement is very good even compared to a chest strap. I never feel like it gets in the way and the design is good. The only drawback is that the velkro does not stick well and sometimes comes loose. Maybe this is just a manufacturing error

  • The Polar app obliges you to enter all kinds of personal data that in my view are not relevant

It fits comfortably around your arm. You really don't feel that you have this on and even forget to take it off after exercise. The heart rate is accurately indicated and the communication between the meter and the receiver (phone) is good, stable and fast. The meter fits snugly against the skin and will not rotate quickly like a chest strap. It is therefore really more comfortable than a chest strap. It is rechargeable, which is really nice because you don't have to peak out the battery when it's gone. The USB charger is nice and small and barely bigger than the meter itself. I haven't been able to try the swimmers yet, but the fact that there is a separate position for them tells me that it has been well thought out and it will probably work well.
