It's a top processor if you're willing to put the time into it. You need the program "Project Lasso" to achieve the same gaming performance as with the out-of-the-box processor 7800x3d. If I do this I will get a slightly better score than the 7800x3d. If I don't use that program I have a worse score. If you don't like tweaking and use it for gaming, I recommend the 7800x3d. This one is 30% cheaper and actually just as good.
