Description

Store all your files and create a server for a small office or at home with the Synology DS223. This Synology NAS has space for 2 hard drives, so you can make a total storage capacity of 36TB. This way, you have enough space for your business files and you can make a folder with your favorite movies, albums, and other media. Because you have space for 2 hard drives, you can also work with backups in RAID 1. That way, you know for sure your files are extra secure. With the combination of 2GB RAM and the RealTek Quad-Core processor, you can work on the server of this NAS with more than 10 people at the same time. It processes tasks and commands quickly, which makes it easy to keep working. You also work with a stable internet connection via the 1 GbE LAN port. Your connection remains stable, so you can continue working without problems. As with all Synology NAS models, the DS223 uses Synology Drive Server and allows you to edit the NAS storage space from any connected device. It's ideal when you work from home for a change and still want to access your files.

Another Synology topper.

Much faster than the previous one, more options due to software, don't hear any sound except when device is busy, but it usually isn't. I don't know energy consumption.

Fast and smooth migration from DS211j to DS223

To replace our DS211j and again opted for Synology. This was very slow and just finished. Relative to With the old ones, the discs were very easy to install without screwing. When switching on, it was indicated that a migration was possible. With just a few mouse clicks, it was ready for use after a short time, retaining data and settings. We hope that we will have fun and convenience with this DS for a long time to come.
