The product looks and feels solid, but the shaving result leaves something to be desired. Hairs under 3mm (without comb) are almost impossible to get rid of. When you shave longer hairs, a piece of 1-2 mm remains. The so-called "intimate comb" of 0.5m shaves nothing shorter than 5mm. The device is only suitable for rough work and then touching it up afterwards with a razor or real hair trim work on 10 mm. You then wonder why you buy this if it works worse than a €0.2 bic knife that you eventually still need

I've been using a multigroom to trim body hair for years, but now I wanted to use this bodygroom specifically for this. The so-called intimate comb (sensitive body comb) should trim all body hairs to a length of 0.5 mm. However, this one works terribly badly. I can go over the hairs 10 times in all directions and still have hairs standing on end. Even if they are short hairs of +- 3 mm, the device still clogs skin every 2 cm and I have to remove the comb and blow hair away between the comb and the knife. However, the device is really promoted for this application, ie the very short trimmed hair thanks to the intimate comb.

A second comb supplied is adjustable between 3 and 11 mm. The shaving result with this 'coarser' comb is better, but then there is also the problem of jamming (shaved hairs get stuck very easily between the blade and comb). Changing this coarser comb also feels clumsy.

I have a perfect shave and no problems with my multigroom. It is therefore incomprehensible that this device - specifically intended for body hair - does not come close to this.

If you want to trim your hair to 5 mm, that is not possible. And that's exactly what we bought it for. You must remove the cap and remove the hairs after each shaving movement. A pity, because otherwise it is a fine device that can work excellently and precisely.
